"I booked the Brewster Studio, during check in the reception mentioned the name of the room is Concept Studio, which is same as the Brewster. Name only different, facilities, size & price is all the same, so don't panic about this. Location is very strategic just beside Ipoh Parade Mall, with connecting entrance. Staffs all very friendly. Studio room located at the highest level which is Level 12, comes with free cocktail for teatime, coffee & beverages from 7am-11pm. The hotel provides supper from 11pm-12.30am which is super convenient for late night hunger, which is very generous & rare services. They upgraded my breakfast from 1 pax to 2 paxes since I come here for my honeymoon. Room is so clean, jacuzzi was super clean, complimentary fruits, peanuts & raisins were provided. They fulfilled my wish to have honeymoon deco on the bed. The jacuzzi was huge! Really unexpected with that size. They also provide sea salt for the jacuzzi bath. Tv provide good range of local networks and movies. Breakfast is good also, sufficient for morning tummy. Overall me & my husband was very happy with Weil Hotel. Definitely will come back."

"We are pleased with the unit. Simple and yet cosy deco. They even have water dispenser. Crucially it was very clean, quite new plc and importantly for my daughter, the toilet comes with bidet (though It took me a few attempts to try to confirm it) . Self Check in and check out was simple and smooth.
However, we wished the toilet comes with shower and toilet separator/door for the shower so that we can keep the toilet area dry. Important especially if there is only 1 bathroom for the whole unit. Just as a feedback
BTW, the attached photos was at the point of checking out. We left it clean and neat too. 😁 Thank you for the pleasant stay. Yes, a stay experience that we can repeat ."
"I strongly recommend English comfort house if you’re looking for a good place for staying in Ipoh. Although it is not located near to the city centre of Ipoh, but you can easily access it if you’re driving. The house provides you with everything that you need. comfort beds, high speed internet, food and drinks, board games, and etc. Rachel responded promptly to questions and provided clear instructions for check in/out procedures. You will surely want to continue staying with them again next time when you are back to Ipoh."
LLabubu188The hotel is about 5 to 8 mins drive to Concubine Lane and eateries like Tuck Kee, Lao Huang and Cui Yue Lou. The hotel room is spacious, neat and clean. No complimentary water bottles provided in the room. But, there is a water dispenser located nearby elevator. The downside is swimming pool is located outside of the hotel instead of indoor.. Overall I have a pleasant stay and willing to pay a visit again.

The room size is neat, not too big, not too small. Comfortable for our little family.

Feeling relaxed and contented. It's just a bit awkward when there are too many stairs to go up and down a lot. Maybe.
Facilities (3/5)
The pool was great. The gym was also good. Loved the site of the penthouse and pavilion with the decorating landscape of the garden wedding theme. Some of the facilities are also not yet open due to being under construction.
Parking (4/5)
It can be quite challenging, especially reaching the turning ramp to the basement level.

There are pros and cons here. Praised to Ms. Jagjeet for attending us throughout the pre checkin process. I called her to confirm and request the two rooms to be side by side, and also got windows. She briefed us smoothly.
Only that time when we reached the hotel for checked in. Ms Yi Ying attended us at the counter. She said the deposit amounted to RM400 to be paid by card and continued saying the deposit would be returned directly after checking out the hotel. But after checking out, they say they would have to wait for 7 to 14 days period. We called the manager and they said to comeback to us soon.

ผผู้เข้าพักthis is the second time i’m staying at this place. the first time was booked via agoda. the room is spacious and nice but floor is dusty. but that isn’t a big deal for me. what has really ruined my mood for the stay was the front desk guy. he is an indian man. he called me 3 times on the morning of my stay but i didn’t pick up because i was driving from KL. when i reach there around 2.30 pm after i had my lunch, i gave a call to the number in the front desk (which was his number who called me earlier) to ask if can check-in now or need to wait until 3pm. he said 3pm and i was okay since it’s just a few more minutes until 3pm anyway. no one was in the premise at that time which is why i call the number written on the whiteboard. during my check-in, he is complaining about why i didn’t pickup the call so he didn’t know what time i’m coming to check in. so unprofessional of him to say that the first thing to a guest. trying to blame me? well first, you’re calling in the morning of my trip and you can’t expect me to pickup the phone when i’m driving? you could have just leave a message on whatsapp if i didn’t pickup the call. everybody is using whatsapp nowadays so what’s so hard to reach me?
second, he asks for RM50 deposit but my mother didn’t hear at first so she asked what the RM50 is for and he said to buy KFC? repeatedly saying to buy KFC. is that suppose to be a joke? we all know he’s just trying to be sarcastic to my mother because that isn’t funny at all to us.
during my first time stay at this place on Dec 2023, Mr Poon whatsapp me A DAY before my trip to confirm my booking and my arrival time. it was pleasant and easy with Mr Poon which is why i choose this place again for my second trip but turns out, the front desk is a different person this time and he really ruined my mood during my stay there because of his unprofessional attitude.
